Good news! A Kenyan customer has purchased a TS-55*52 round bale wrapper and other accessories from us. The baler can handle 5-6 tons of forage per hour. The machine is powered by a diesel engine according to the customer’s requirements.
Customer’s application of the round bale wrapper
The customer bought the round bale wrapper for his own use. He has a local livestock farm and needs a baler to handle the stored forage. To avoid seasonal forage shortages. The customer has his own chaff cutter and it is convenient to use the two machines together.
The process of purchasing the silage packing machine
We communicated about the round bale wrapper on WhatsApp. Grace, our sales manager, first sends the customer pictures, videos, and parameters of the machine. The customer could then choose the model that suited his needs. The customer then chose the smallest version of the baling and wrapping machine. The customer then purchased additional rope and film.
Payment and delivery of the round bale wrapper for sale
The customer paid 40% of the total amount up front and then we started preparing the machine. After the preparation, the customer was given a video inspection by CCIC. After the inspection, it was determined that the control cabinet, emergency stop switch, and signage needed to be modified. After the modifications, the customer is asked to check again. After this is done we start packing and delivery.
