This customer focuses on planting, harvesting, processing, and exporting crops, primarily soybeans, corn, and cotton. To enhance the efficiency of their baling and storage processes in agricultural production, they opted to implement a high-efficiency baling and wrapping system.

This Brazilian customer has a large expanse of farmland. The company is involved in not just planting and harvesting crops, but also processing and exporting agricultural products, with a primary focus on supplying silage to cattle and sheep farms.

In their traditional crop handling methods, the customer encountered issues like slow packing speeds, challenges in effectively preventing moisture and insect damage, and losses in crop yield. To address these challenges, the customer opted to upgrade their production equipment and implement a more efficient and eco-friendly baling and wrapping technology.

To satisfy the customer’s need for efficient baling and wrapping, we suggest the 70 models of large baling and wrapping machine. This machine can quickly and accurately bale crops of various sizes and weights. Here are the specific parameters:

Supporting materials to ensure efficient operation

To maintain the equipment’s functionality and ensure the baling operation runs smoothly, the customer also acquired 50 bundles of film and 200 bundles of plastic net. The specifications are as follows:

• Film specification: 1800 meters/bundle, 1 roll/box, each two rolls of film can pack 45 bundles.
• Plastic net specification: diameter 22cm, length 70cm, total length 1500 meters, each roll of net rope can be packed in 80 bundles.
