Recently, a complete silage processing solution including 4 units of diesel engine silage balers, one chaff cutter, and supporting wrapping film & net twine has been fully inspected, packed, and shipped to Kenya. This full‑set equipment is built for local livestock farmers to handle large‑volume straw silage production.

Customer background & processing requirements

The Kenyan client runs a large‑scale livestock farming enterprise. Facing abundant seasonal forage and straw resources, the customer planned to build a local silage production station.

They need reliable diesel‑powered baling‑wrapping machines to process straw into sealed silage bales, together with supporting chopping and wrapping consumables to support continuous daily production.

Diesel engine silage baler & supporting equipment

The main diesel engine silage baler model is 55‑52, equipped with a 18 hp electric‑start diesel engine. Its working capacity reaches 5‑6 tons per hour, and bale weight ranges from 65‑100 kg per bale. Each baler comes with spare wearing parts and an English‑language PLC control cabinet for easy local operation.

Matching auxiliary equipment:

  • 1 set 9RSZ‑6 chaff cutter, 6 t/h processing capacity, delivered with extra spare blades.
  • Large quantity of silage wrapping film and net twine for long‑term production consumption.

Packing and shipment site

Before delivery, all machines passed factory running test. Mechanical components are carefully wrapped for sea transportation. All spare parts and consumable rolls are fully loaded together in the container. The whole set is ready for ocean freight to Kenya, capturing real‑world loading‑out site photos for reference.

After‑sales support for this project

We provide English operation manuals and remote technical guidance. Spare‑part list is offered for later maintenance. The customer can get online support for machine installation, commissioning and daily troubleshooting after goods arrival.
