Recently, our four silage baler machines and two straw shredder harvesting machines were successfully shipped to Senegal. The customer operates a farm spanning approximately 20,000 hectares, primarily engaged in large-scale cultivation and harvesting of feed crops such as corn and forage grasses.

Why purchase silage baler machines?

The customer aims to enhance straw collection and silage production efficiency by introducing mechanized silage processing equipment. This initiative seeks to reduce labor input, minimize straw waste, and ensure a stable supply of feed for cattle and sheep.

The client requires fully automated operations covering the entire process—from field stalk harvesting, shredding, and collection to baling and wrapping—to support daily production and feed stockpiling on large-scale farms.

Equipment configuration and shipment status

We provided a combined solution of 4 sets of 55-52 silage baler wrapper machines and 2 sets of straw shredder harvester machines for harvesting corn stalks and other forage crops, processing them into silage suitable for storage and transportation.

Following order confirmation, the equipment underwent production, quality inspection, and debugging before being packaged and shipped to Senegal as scheduled.

Upon deployment, the equipment is expected to enable efficient straw recovery and silage processing across the client’s extensive farmland, enhancing overall production efficiency and feed supply stability.
