About the Nigerian livestock customer & project needs

This Nigerian customer owns a medium‑scale cattle and sheep farm. Previously silage production and feed spreading relied heavily on manual work, limiting production efficiency.

To automate silage baling, storage, feed mixing and feeding, the customer purchased this integrated solution, together with sufficient consumables and wearing spares to support continuous farm operation.

• 9YDB‑60 Silage baler: 18hp diesel power, output 50‑75 bales/h, bale weight 90‑140 kg. Comes with bundling & wrapping films and free spare components.
• SL‑3R Silage mixer and spreader: 2.5 t/h capacity, hydraulic feeding, tungsten‑carbide cutters and built‑in weighing sensors for accurate feed proportioning, integrating mixing and spreading functions.
• Auxiliary wrapping machine, silage films and assorted spare parts are supplied; different film‑wrapping layers enable silage storage from 6‑18 months.

Factory pre‑shipment testing & customer confirmation

Prior to packing, all key machines completed no‑load and simulation operation tests. Technicians checked baler wrapping performance, mixing quality and weighing accuracy of the silage mixer and spreader, as well as stability of the auxiliary wrapping machine.

Silage films and scattered spare parts were sorted, counted and labelled. Operation test videos and photos were shared with the customer for final approval before shipment.

Export packing and 20ft container loading process

All equipment was cleaned and anti‑rust treated. Precision parts such as sensors and cylinders received shock‑proof and moisture‑proof wrapping.

Main machines, spare‑part kits and film rolls were firmly secured inside the 20ft container to avoid shifting and collision damage during ocean transit. Our team captured photos and videos of the whole loading process and sent them to the customer for receiving reference.

Complete English operation and maintenance manuals are provided for the full silage line. Our technical team offers remote guidance for assembly, parameter setting, film replacement, weighing calibration and routine troubleshooting.
