This project marks a successful bulk shipment of 12 sets of straw crushing harvester machines to Vietnam. The customer selected two different machine models to accommodate varying field conditions across their farmland.

Before packaging and container loading, every unit completed rigorous factory trial runs. The test videos demonstrate reliable straw gathering, crushing and discharging performance, perfectly matching the local demand for silage raw material production for livestock breeding.

About the Vietnam farm client

The customer operates a large commercial livestock farm in Vietnam. They mainly raise cattle and need large volumes of corn straw and crop residues to make silage feed. In the past, straw collection relied heavily on manual labor, which brought high labor costs and low working efficiency.

To upgrade their straw recycling workflow, the customer contacted our team and selected two specifications of straw crushing harvester machine to expand their annual forage output.

Straw crushing harvester machine models & performance

Two machine variants are supplied for this bulk order, both compatible with tractors of 70 horsepower or higher:

  • 1.3m model with belt conveyor and wheel chassis. Its working efficiency ranges from 0.25–0.48 hectares per hour, with stable straw feeding and collection.
  • 2.0m model without belt conveyor. It features a wider 2-meter cutting width, working capacity of 0.36–0.72 hectares per hour and conveying height greater than 4 meters.

All machines are assembled and tested in our factory with tractors before shipment. Each unit is equipped with free spare blades and belts for routine maintenance.

Factory test run demonstration

Each straw crushing harvester machine undergoes full functional testing in our workshop before packing. Our technicians connect the machine to matched tractors to check the whole working cycle, including straw picking, crushing and material delivery.

We capture photos and test videos and send them to the customer, so they can verify machine quality and working performance before delivery.

Packing and container loading

After passing factory inspection, bare machines are wrapped tightly with stretch film to prevent scratches and moisture damage during ocean transit. The well-protected machines are directly loaded into shipping containers. We record the whole container loading process and share pictures with the client for reference.

After sales support

We provide professional remote operation training and online troubleshooting guidance after the machines arrive. We also maintain stable spare parts supply for long-term equipment maintenance, helping the customer maintain continuous and stable silage production on their farm.
