250 ensembles de machines à découper d'ensilage livrées en Ouganda
Recently, we shipped 250 sets of silage chopping machines to a customer in Uganda to support their large-scale tender project. This batch of equipment was meticulously manufactured and rigorously tested, and we completed the packing and loading to ensure safe transportation.

Customer background and project requirements
The Ugandan client is acquiring a national livestock development project spearheaded by the agriculture department. They require a machine capable of efficiently processing forage crops like pasture and maize stover to address the feed shortage during the dry season.
This initiative spans 20 agricultural demonstration districts across the country. The customer chose our silage chaff cutters through an international bidding process and has purchased a total of 250 units, which are set to be distributed to local cooperatives and large-scale breeding operations.

Customized production of silage chopping machine
- We utilize manganese steel forged blades with a hardness of HRC58 or higher, along with fully enclosed motors, to guarantee that the equipment is resistant to wear, moisture, and heat.
- By employing standardized parts for pre-assembly and utilizing an assembly line operation, we successfully assemble 250 sets of equipment within just 15 days.
- Each machine boasts a production capacity of 8-12 tons per hour, making it suitable for processing various raw materials, including corn stalks and elephant grass.
- The feed opening design has been optimized specifically for the characteristics of African grassland raw materials, minimizing the risk of clogging.
- Every machine undergoes rigorous testing, including 72 hours of continuous operation under both no-load and load conditions, to ensure cutting uniformity with an error margin of ±0.3 cm.
- Additionally, the sampling equipment is tested for 48 hours in a high-temperature and high-humidity experimental chamber to confirm its stability in tropical climates.
