A full‑set complete silage processing line is loaded into a 40HQ container and shipped to Qatar. This project integrates chaff cutters, TMR feed mixer, hydraulic silage baler and multiple auxiliary machines. It covers the full workflow from forage harvesting, chopping, mixing, baling to finished‑bag sealing for local livestock feeding.

About the Qatari customer

The customer runs a large‑scale livestock raising enterprise in Qatar. Faced with limited local forage resources, they rely heavily on imported forage products. To cut operating costs, they plan to build their own on‑site silage processing workshop to produce self‑sufficient fermented forage.

The customer required a full‑chain silage solution. After technical communication and equipment evaluation, they confirmed this integrated set. It including main silage processing machines plus supporting harvesting, milling, sealing and measuring equipment to satisfy their whole‑plant operational needs.

Complete silage processing line equipment

This complete silage processing line combines core silage‑making machines and matched supporting units:

  • Hydraulic silage baler machine: produces high‑density silage bales, matched with 6‑meter feeding conveyor
  • 5m³ horizontal traction‑type TMR mixer: equipped with weighing system for accurate feed proportioning
  • Chaff cutters: for chopping corn straw and alfalfa into qualified silage fragments
  • Auxiliary equipment includes disk mill, pneumatic sealing machine, platform scale, multiple reapers, gasoline‑powered weeders, air compressor, customized double‑layer silage packing bags and full‑range spare‑part kits.

All equipment passed factory running inspection before shipment. The whole system realizes mechanized silage production from raw forage treatment to sealed finished bags.

Container loading and export packing

Before packing, every machine unit went through strict pre‑delivery inspection. Precision components like hydraulic cylinders, sensors and electrical control parts adopted multi‑layer shock‑proof and moisture‑proof wrapping. Spare parts and consumable materials were sorted and packed separately.

All machinery is firmly fixed inside the 40HQ container to prevent shifting and collision damage during long‑distance ocean shipping. Our team recorded the whole container‑loading process with photos.

After‑sales technical support

We provide complete silage processing line operation manuals and operating videos for the whole forage system. Lifelong online technical support is available.

After the container arrives at destination port, our engineers will offer remote guidance for machine assembly, parameter adjustment and routine maintenance, helping the customer launch stable silage production.
