تم شحن 5 مجموعات من آلات تغليف قش الحصادة إلى كينيا
Recently, 5 units of 55-52 model hay baler wrapper machines have been completed, tested and loaded for shipment to Kenya, delivering efficient automatic silage processing equipment for local livestock farming.
Customer background and production demand
The client is a local large livestock and forage processing enterprise in Kenya. As animal husbandry expands, they faced low efficiency and high labor costs from manual forage bundling. To achieve automatic, sealed silage storage, they selected our baler wrapper machines to upgrade production.

Configuration of hay baler wrapper machine
The hay baler wrapper machine runs on 380V, 50Hz three-phase power, with a total power of 5.5+0.55kw and wrapper power of 1.1-3kw. Weighing 456kg, it produces 550×520mm bales at 60-65 pieces per hour, with steady output of 5-6 tons/hour.
Each unit is fitted with complete wear parts and an English PLC control cabinet for automatic film cutting and wrapping. Supporting accessories including air compressor, trolley and toolbox are fully equipped. All machines finished factory testing with proper bale weight and standard film wrapping.

Equipment packaging and shipment site
All machines were strictly inspected before delivery. They are wrapped with moisture-proof and shockproof materials and packed in export wooden cases. At the shipment site, the 5 machines were firmly fixed and loaded into containers to avoid damage during long-distance transportation to Kenya.
We provide English operation guides, remote debugging, operation training and long-term spare parts supply. Our after-sales team will support the customer to put the machines into stable operation and boost forage processing benefits.
